· RBC Wealth Management has brought on Douglas Mance as a v.p. and financial consultant in the firm’s Tucson, Ariz., office. Mance, who has more than $150 million in assets under management, reports to Richard Schaefer, branch director.

· Deutsche Bank’s Private Wealth Management division brought on Jim Donofrio as managing director and head of fixed income sales and trading, reporting to Tim Foxe, managing director and head of the global investment solutions team.
